Where Should You Exchange Your Money in Costa Rica?

The best place to exchange money in Costa Rica is at the bank. Any major bank should suffice well (though I discourage people from going to Banco Popular because I’ve had bad experiences with them).  Banks have a higher probability of being fair and honest in your transaction; if you go to other services, it is more of a gamble.   In order to make exchange your money, you will need a few things.
